Do you take my insurance?

The most accurate way to assure that we participate in your insurance plan is to call your insurance provider. Ask them if they list Dr. Mazen Abdalla as a participating in-network provider. This is due to the fact that insurance companies are constantly changing. To the best of our knowledge, we participate with the majority of local insurance plans.

can i make an appointment? Are you accepting new patients?

All of our Nephrologist are currently accepting new and established patients for appointments. The day, time, location, and provider will vary depending on your availability and special request. We strive to offer openings to any new patients within two weeks. We recommend you first see your Primary Care Physician with any concerns if you have not yet been diagnosed with a kidney problem. This is to be sure that we are the type of specialist that you need to see. To schedule, please call our office from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at 678-344-0334.

how can i get a refill?

If your medication was prescribed by one of our Nephrologist, simply call your pharmacy and ask them to send us a refill request. Most of the time, this is all handled electronically and is the quickest option. If your medication was prescribed by another physician, please call that physician at their office.

We offer self-pay rates for our patients without insurance! Please call our office for additional information.
